Help combat level training on Runescape?

Ok so I have been playing runescape for about a year and a few months and Im combat level 71, 60 attack, 60 defence, 56 strength, and 59 constitution i want to know how I can like uber train to catch up to my friend who is combat level 81. I need things to train on, where they are and anything I should take with me. please dont suggest: PKing, Killing level 100+ Dragons or get a life: if you suggest any or there i will be forced to jump through the internet, into your house and rip your nuts of with my bare hands.
