How to burn fat in the middle area?
I'm just uber frustrated with my body... I have slim, perfect legs, nice arms, a nice butt, like really, I could have a dang perfect body if it wasn't for my stomach! I just have this big gut that is so noticable no matter what I wear! and so many girls in my grade have perfect bodies with slim waists and then bigger hips but for me, I'm the opposite, I have skinny little legs and hips and then there's just this random and very unattractive bulge of flesh around my waist. Also what makes it worse is I really have no boobs, I mean, my stomach is bigger than them so really it... it just doesn't look good. Now the thing is I haven't gotten my period yet and I'm not sure if I'll change once I get it right, like I'm pretty short so maybe all this extra fat I'm carrying in the belly is gonna spread to my chest and also make me taller? So I don't really want to try losing that then... cause you know, then I won't have much to grow into anymore. But still, I'm like the only girl in my grade who isn't like, developed and who doesn't have noticeable chests or a flat stomach. I'm probably gonna have my period soon (judging by when my mom and sister got theirs) but do I really have to wait?
