How to get the smell of vomit out ?

I came hone a couple days ago and somehow my basement smells horrible and everyone that smells it says its vomit i cleaned EVERYTHING up i moves the mini fridge through everything out in it and still you can smell it but i cant find the source of the smell. At this point i give up ive spent 2 days trying to figure out where its coming from so my question is how can i get the smell of vomit out of the air because febreeze dose not work at all!!! Pls help it would be greatly appriciated:) thanks in advance
