How to remove excess wax build-up?

Hello everyone. This a bit of a random question. Looked up symptoms for this disorder and I matched evry criteria. i was at the Doctorc's twice in the last week; one for a prescription and other to the ER for Bronchitis, being the reason why I need to do this at hone if safe and possible brcause i xan not afford another trip to the hospital takes me at least one paycheck to cover one bill any advise is really very grearly appreciated i figured so many people in the world and someone has got to have had a similar experience.
