I have never been through this, so maybe my opinion isn't the best...but I think that might be worth a shot. Just go alone, and tell her everything that's on your mind. Sometimes getting things off your chest can help. But, just take as long as you need to recover. People heal at different rates. And don't be ashamed of your crying. There's nothing wrong with crying. Showing emotion is a good thing. Best wishes to you dear.
