Pokemon 5th Gen: Are Salamance and Garchomp Still Ubers?

Are Salamance and Garchomp still ubers in 5th Gen? What about Wobbuffet and Wynut? I checked a teir list but they weren't there, and a few times I tried looking for updated links before in 4th Gen and kept getting old teir listings (like when Garchomp and Salamance weren't considered ubers at first so they weren't on the old list, my friend had to give me an updated link for 4th Gen ubers so I'd know who's uber and who's not) so I want to make sure that I won't accidentally use them on WiFi when not allowed or rant at others for using ubers when they didn't. So are Garchomp, Salamance, Wobbuffet, and Wynut still ubers or not? Oh yeah, new ubers listing is apprieciated (I already know that Zekrom and Reshiram are ubers), preferably from smogon.
