Should I add this shy guy on Facebook?

Ok, so I work in this company. And recently this cute shy guy who happens to be the boss' son came to work as well. I've caught him glancing at me secretly many times and playing with his hair every time he walks by me. He is really cute and I really am attracted to him. Problem is, I found out that will NEVER initiate a conversation (duh, he's uber shy) unless I do it first. But I am uber shy myself. So do you think I should add him on Facebook? We've got a few mutual friends btw. Please help.. thanks!
