Should i get this 302 roller block or stay with my current block?

I currently have a 1968 ford 302. It needs a rebuild and still needs to get all machining done to it. I was planning on keeping pistons, heads, and crank stock. i heard using this block wouldnt leave me with much power. Should i get a newer, roller block? i could get one that has been hot tanked, honed, new cam bearings, crank was cleaned, new pistons, piston arms were cleaned, and new freeze plugs were put in for $200. Is that worth it?
