Why are some humans born with a singing voice and others not?

sweetie we all kan sing but of course as you said there are some of us that are just born with natural good voices .. its not so much hereditary but wut tones of voices different familys used .. for example the ones that are natural and good were around alot of people who kept their voice at a tone and note when they would talk to eachother so they kan easily pick up a rhythym and go along with it .. you can do it too however your family talks wutever tone they carry in their voice whethere its angry or calm u kan make music out of it .. if it is a calm tone try singing softly and smooth your voice when you raise it ? you undersatand me ? .. if it is an angry tone and your use to yelling or just raising your voice try hittin the higher notes but smoothly so it kan sound good .. idk if this helpd but its worth a try ppl
