Is their a opposite to the room heater? Like a room cooler?

so its uber hot out where i am and im n need of a room cooler or whatever you call it anything to make my room icy cold lol i hate sleeping in the heat anyways i got up to 200 bucks im willing to spend on it does lowes or sears have something like that if so any ones to recommend( any personal exp with it)
