What Pokemon attacks raise accuracy besides "Hone claws"?

Excadrill can learn Hone Claws and then a one-hit KO (which are pretty inaccurate) so I was wondering what other accuracy boosting attacks there are out there than can be used with a one-hit KO move (which not many pokemon can learn).
